About this sitter
I enjoy work and staying busy.
As my husband is a writer and will stay in our winter home in Puerto Rico with our two pugs and write, I will return to the Philly area for the Spring - Fall months, as a house sitter.
I am an active, non smoking female. I will house sit in the USA to help support Fine arts venues.
We have two dogs so I am comfortable with pets and enjoy gardens and a clean house. I appreciate a quiet environment and respect your need for order
and cleanliness. I like to walk our pets and your dogs would be loved and cared for.
Why they want to house sit
It is important to keep my connections in the Delaware valley area and my commitment leads me into House sitting as not to impose on all the friends that offered me their homes.
While house sitting, I can continue to work locally with my connections in the Fine arts area and, work as a Physical Therapist in an area hospital, a couple of days a week. This plan is on our agenda x the next 5 years
I like taking care of my herb and floral gardens and dogs (2 pugs).
Once I move to PR by Nov 1st. I need to first sell our house in order to buy a condo. So, I would love to help you in my Summer adventure every year.

I have purchased 3 homes on my own, rehabilitating the property and improving its value. I have house sat for relatives and friends in summer properties and took care to prepare the property for the owner upon his/her return.
